Join Laken and Hollie for this unique and immersive experience. Hollie will guide you through restful practice of restorative yoga while Laken carries you through a fully immersive sound journey filled with love and healing energy. She uses a combination of Himalayan sound bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, bells, and more to help set your mind and body at ease. Her method of sound therapy uses sound, vibration, and intention to gently transition you from a normal waking state of consciousness, (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha theta, and Delta).
In this relaxed state, a person‘s own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal, vibrational alignment that enhances overall health and well-being.
