Monday, Jan 12th join us for the kind of rest that leaves you with more space to breathe, to move with ease, to hold more joy and more peace. Gentle movement, soothing sound, and calm presence are waiting for you. Join Jen Enz of Enz Wellness as she leads a restorative yoga class to create deep rest for mind and body. This is a class of long, supported poses meant to gently stretch and soothe the body. Jen Olson of Resonance Sound Healing will be playing hand-hammered Himalayan Singing bowls that not only soothe the mind, but help you to stay preset even as you float away with the warm tones.
