‼️SOLD OUT‼️Join us for a morning of tranquility through guided restorative yoga and reiki! This unique offering is brought to you by Kristina Lawrence of Elevate Yoga and Wellness Studio in collaboration with Laurie Wilburn of Peace by the Beach Reiki and Crystals. While Kristina is guiding you in supported restorative yoga poses, Laurie will make her way around the room offering Reiki through gentle hands on the body or hands off based on your preference. We invite you to join us and experience how Restorative Yoga and Reiki can work together and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that holds simple and basic yoga postures for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga allowing one to calm the nervous system while unifying the body and mind.
Reiki is Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique that supports the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki has been shown to support overall well-being and leave one feeling deeply relaxed.
Kristina Lawrence is an Occupational Therapist for over 27 years and completed her Anusara based 200hr CYT in 2011. Kristina's speciality certifications include Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Yin Yoga. Kristina is passionate about helping others to find states of mental and physical relaxation to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Laurie Wilburn is a Master Level Reiki Practitioner who has
studied and practiced Reiki since 2013. Laurie is committed to the practice of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Traditional Japanese Reiki.
