Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing with Meagan Pilawiski

Come as you are and support your body, mind, and spirit with a 75-minute intentional restorative yoga practice and energy healing container led by Reiki Master and RYT Meagan.

Bask in a sense of bodily presence, peace, and restoration as you are guided through a journey of sound, breath, energy healing incorporating yoga postures to ease tension and find that inner stillness we get pulled away from so easily.

About Your Teacher:
Meagan Lynn spent years apprenticing in Shamanic Energy Work under the guidance of her teacher Inawah Khan. Meagan curates safe containers for her students to fully surrender to their practice and places a strong emphasis on finding the intentional and ceremonial aspects of every moment.

Her classes include lots of pauses for body scans to help students cultivate subtle energy awareness. Meagan is an attuned Reiki Master and a 200RYT.

She is currently working towards obtaining her 500hr RYT and holds certifications in Restorative and Chakra Yoga.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Nursing from USF and a Masters of Science from UMB School of Ph*rm*cy.
