When a 5th monthly Sunday pops onto the calendar, let's shift gears for a Seasonal Reset.
Join us on March 31, June 30, and September 29 for a sequence of restful, prop-supported poses; integrative body scan; and season-inspired visualization and intention setting.

* Go to SimonSaysYoga.com and select AT-HOME for online class or IN-STUDIO for in-person class
* You may register for either option until 4:55pm [Eastern/U.S.]
* If attending IN-STUDIO, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
* If practicing AT-HOME, your Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of class.
