Restorative Yoga 101: Journey Into StillnessFinding our way into stillness isn't always easy with so many demands on our time and attention. This 2hr Restorative session is your time to simply BE. To 'let go' of stress, daily demands and to give yourself time to listen to the still, quiet voice within. The voice that guides us to our path with unerring clarity.
When was the last time you gave yourself this gift?
Using yoga nidra (guided relaxation), breathwork and somatic movement we will relax into 4-5 supported yoga poses, all on the floor to take us into a deeply relaxed state of BEING.
Next sessions for 2022 are SUNDAY Dec 11th & 18th, 3-5pm at the Brunswick Heads Community Centre. Cost $35, All props provided. No experience required for these gentle, meditative classes.
