Restorative Yin, Body Scan and Sound Bath

All levels welcome. A tranquil journey of restorative yin designed to release tension and restore balance to body and mind. With a focus on relaxation and mindful breathing, each pose allows you to find that line where you choose to either stretch deeper or relax into stillness and allow your body to soften and open at it's own pace. As we conclude our practice, we transition into a meditative body scan. A serene exploration of awareness through each part of the body fostering a deeper sense of mind-body connection. Finally, we settle into savasana to integrate the benefits of our practice and emerge renewed, refreshed, and nourished.
