Perfect for those spending long hours at a desk, this yoga class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body, alleviate back pain, and reduce stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Brynn has received her 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College. She has been practicing yoga for 7 years now and wants to share the amazing benefits it has provided her with mentally and physically with her students. She is also a dancer and has been training for 17 years. She is excited to share her love for yoga with the coLAB community!
