Restorative Soundbath With Live Vocals & Optional Chanting With Ella Vida

Lay back and fully relax in this beautiful restorative Soundbath and guided meditation class. Let Professional Singer and Hypnotherapist Ella Vida take you on a wonderful healing journey through voice and crystal singing bowls to rebalance you and help heal your mind, body and soul. This is an immersive experience with no experience needed, all you have to do is relax!

There is an option to join in the chanting towards the end of the soundbath but this is optional, there is absolutely no pressure to sing, you can also choose to lay back and relax and enjoy the sounds around you!

Ella Vida has over 20 years experience as a Professional Singer and Holistic Therapist. She has released her own music, toured worldwide and has played Glastonbury festival multiple times.

Please bring a yoga mat, cushions and blankets if you have them so you can get super comfy!

There are some Yoga mats and blankets available if you forget to bring yours!

You can book for a one off or multiple weekly sessions in advance. Sessions every Wednesday!
