Nourish yourself and replenish your energy levels with a blissful afternoon of Restorative Yoga combined with the sound of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Restorative yoga is a practice of inner healing and is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive supportive setups. Restorative yoga carries you into a deep state of relaxation by completely supporting the body through props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply as there is no muscle activation or active stretching. It's a unique feeling because the props, rather than your muscles, support your body and as such allow your nervous system to completely relax as well. The state of deep relaxation that you enter during Restorative Yoga balances the functioning of our internal organs, helps to reduce symptoms of depression, exhaustion (chronic fatigue) and anxiety and can normalize blood pressure. It can also improve sleep patterns as it calms down that part of the nervous system which is responsible for our body's rest and digest functions.

Combined with gentle hands on adjustments as well as the sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, which Marion plays during some of the setups this Restorative Musical Journey is guaranteed to take you into a deep state of RELEASE and BLISS.
Please bring a shawl and an extra blanket which you will need as props for the restorative setups.
