Heal, transform and relax with restorative breathwork, meditation and sound healing.
Join for an immersive and transformative in-person workshop designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Facilitated by Mel, a training therapist (final year) with experience in trauma, Geo a certified breathwork facilitator and Leticia a Isis KA practitioner, this workshop offers a unique blend of ancient and modern natural medicine to help you release past trauma and step into a renewed sense of self.
What to Expect:
Cacao Ceremony: We begin our journey with a sacred cacao ceremony, Geo will lead a heart-opening ritual that prepares you for deep emotional and spiritual work. Allow its nurturing energy to open your heart and set the intention for your journey.
Medicinal Movement through the Elements: Medicinal Movement through the Elements, MMEtime, is a transformative journey through the Elements of Creation with Leticia. Experience clearing and dancing to ground with EARTH. Flow through the WATER element with intentional movement, cleanse and digest with the FIRE breath, cut cords & bring back all parts of yourself with AIR, and close with SPIRIT.
Breathwork Journey: We will engage in a 60-minute breathwork journey. Using conscious, connected breathing techniques, we will help you enter an altered state of consciousness where deep healing can occur. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored trauma, accessing hidden emotions, and gaining insights into your true self.
Energy Healing: During the breathwork session, we will support you with energy healing techniques to assist your release and integration process. We will work with your energy field to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and support your release.
Sound healing:
After your breathwork journey settle into a beautiful mediation with sound healing. Crystal sound bowl healings harnesses the ethereal resonance of quartz crystal bowls to harmonize and align the body's subtle energy fields/chakras. Through these sacred vibrations, participants experience profound relaxation, stress reduction, and a restoration of inner equilibrium. This practice facilitates deep healing and a heightened connection to one's inner essence, fostering a profound sense of peace, clarity, and spiritual renewal.
Integration: We will conclude with a guided integration process, helping you to process the experiences and insights gained during the workshop. This ensures you leave feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to step into your life with a renewed perspective.

About Mel:
Mel is a compassionate and intuitive facilitator with a background in Psychology and Anthropology, currently in her final year of training to become a therapist. She is also a certified breathwork facilitator. Mel has a deep understanding of the human psyche and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the workshop. Having overcome her own childhood traumas, she understands the healing power of connection and community. Mel’s nurturing presence and genuine passion for supporting others create a safe and welcoming space for participants to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions without judgment. She is dedicated to helping individuals tap into their inner wisdom, embrace their authentic selves, and manifest their highest potential.
About Geo:
Geo is a certified breathwork facilitator who is passionate around regulating nervous systems and coming back home to ourselves, so that we can live in authenticity. She trained and became certified through Holumina last year in 2023, and has since done 1:1 journeys and a group journey. She loves to share this medicine with individuals and empowering people to step into their authenticity and heal what may be hindering their authentic embodiment. She can’t wait to share more of this breath medicine with more of you!
About Leticia:
Leticia Crampton is a dedicated Isis KA� practitioner and founder of Medicinal Movement through the Elements (MMEtime), a transformative practice centered on somatic active meditation to connect individuals with their higher selves and innate wisdom. With over 5 years of experience, she also specializes as an Energy & Crystal Sound Bowl Healer, passionately guiding others through their healing journeys. Leticia's own path has been marked by profound personal transformation and healing from trauma, which fuels her commitment to helping others discover their inner resources. She believes deeply in the power of each individual to find their own answers and wisdom, advocating for the creation of space within ourselves to listen and grow.

Breathwork Waiver:
I understand that breathwork involves strong connected breathing, which can result in dramatic experiences accompanied by strong emotional and physical responses. I understand that I may find the session physically, emotionally, or mentally stressful, and that breathwork is not safe or recommended under certain medical conditions and not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, history of significant trauma, and during pregnancy. I hereby state that I am not pregnant, and if any of the above conditions apply to me, I will advise the Facilitator prior to participation. I understand that the Facilitator is not qualified to evaluate my fitness for involvement in the Activities, and that I am fully responsible for seeking medical help to treat all symptoms that are present before and after the Activities. I hereby state that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in Activities and if that changes it is my responsibility to let the facilitator know, and understand that it is solely my responsibility to seek professional support after Activities if I feel unstable mentally or emotionally. I understand that the session may involve risks of complications or injury from both known and unknown causes, and I freely assume these risks and waive any claim I may have for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in breathwork.
