Restorative Sound Healing at HOLISTIKA

Come join us for a relaxing and nourishing sound healing journey. We will begin with gentle yoga movements to help us to access deeper meditative states. The sacred harmonies of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Euphonic Array, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoos will help to tune us into experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility.
The culmination of these healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to gracefully flow with transformation & change. Join me on powerful inner journeys towards growth, expansion, lightness, newness and freedom.
Recommended Preparations:
Please feel free to bring crystals to charge our space.
Pink colored crystals like Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Mangano Calcite, Kunzite, & Morganite are wonderful for tuning into frequencies of unconditional divine love.
Green crystals like Malachite, Jade, Serpentine and Seraphinite are also wonderful for the heart.
Clear crystals like Lemurian seed crystals, Helkimer’s Diamonds, Danburite can assist in receiving higher dimensional guidance.
Bring journals, pens and paper for note making and journaling.
