A sound bath can be an easy introduction to meditation as the vibrations provide an opportunity for the body to relax and allow the mind to calm. Singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other instruments are used to create vibrations that affect the energy within the body. The relaxing environment allows participants to rest and restore their connection to themselves.
