Description:

Come experience a peaceful, restorative sound bath with Frances from Celestial Light Healing. You will be immersed in the vibration of various sound healing instruments including chimes, crystal singing bowls and a drum handmade out of elk hide. Registration required.
This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.
Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.
Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed/comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. Water is also recommended.
