Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments that can lead you into a deep state state of meditative relaxation. Mats will be provided, but you may use your own if you prefer. If you bring your own, place it atop of one of the mats that are arranged throughout the room.

Bring any items to deepen your comfort level.
