You will be bathed in the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and ethereal chimes. These sounds are designed to help balance your body's energy, reduce tension, and promote a profound sense of peace and well-being.

This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. The experience will begin with a short guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will walk away feeling peaceful and relaxed!

Mats will be available to lay down on. There will be a few blankets but they are limited so I recommend bringing your own and whatever else you need to get comfy.
