Sink into stillness with this deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice, gently supported by the ambient tones of live piano and atmospheric synths. Designed to calm the nervous system and invite profound rest, this session combines long-held, fully supported poses with spacious, meditative music to guide the body and mind toward balance.
Each posture is an invitation to soften, release, and reconnect—enhanced by a serene soundscape that moves between soft piano melodies and ethereal electronic textures.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to slow down.
