This is a quiet restorative yoga class giving mamas the time and space to create passive postures often using props such as blankets, blocks, or bolsters, that invite the body into gentle stretches that can be held for as long as ten minutes. Through this restorative act of self care, mamas will experience deep rest in body and mind and return to their families feeling renewed and re-energized.
Sunday nights 6:00pm-7:00pm at Glow Worm Highlands. $15 per class or 10% off a 5-class pack.
