Restore your Body- Mind balance, to ground, release & realign with your Inner self.

In this session, we shall begin with breathing exercises, light grounding yogic stretches on the mat, and relax in Savasana with soothing Gong sound waves that assists in your Body-Mind transformation.

The Harmonising frequencies of the *Gong brings you to a relaxing and meditative state for you to transcend the stresses of life, allowing your body to heal, clearing your meridians and activating your glandular and nervous system at a deep level.

Do expect to feel energised at the end of the session as the Gong sound waves invigorate our Qi, giving us mental clarity and keeps us happy in a blissful state.

This session is for beginners and seasoned participants. Our practitioner will guide you gently along the way.

Our facilitator

Joti Akal aka Angela Flame is a Hatha and KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, former world-renowned DJ and a seasoned sound healing practitioner.

She is a RYT-500, Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 10 years of practice. She is passionate about Kundalini Yoga and specialises in empowering her participants by using easy techniques to heal. After decades of experience with sound frequencies, yoga of various sorts and meditation practices, Joti now assists her clients to shift into alignment with inner harmony and abundance so they live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.

Our Studio

Our Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. Do contact us for your appointment.
