The Class: Flow & Restore with a Sound Meditation

Join Char for a wonderful opportunity to explore balance through the sweetest combination of movement and stillness. ‘Flow & Sound’ combines a joyful, stress-relieving flow and a deep restorative sequence emphasizing the soft, quiet, and slow to ignite the body’s relaxation response. The class will begin with a formal grounding meditation practice and end with a reviving sound healing experience. Leave this body & mind tuning practice feeling renewed with a sense of peace and a deeper connection to yourself and your community. All levels are welcome.

About Your Instructor:

is a seasoned Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist, and Ritual Guide whose work weaves together movement, meditation, and ceremony for regulation and embodied reconnection. With over 20 years of yoga practice and a movement foundation in dance, biomechanics, and corrective exercise, her teaching blends alignment-based Vinyasa, breath-centered traditions, and trauma-informed approaches. She also holds advanced certifications in yoga, functional movement, meditation, and evidence-based mindfulness.

As a certified Reiki Master, Sacred Ritualist, and therapeutic Sound Healing Practitioner and trainer, Char has facilitated over 2,500 hours of vibrational healing and education. Her signature Acoustic Sound Alchemy offerings and cacao-infused ceremonies integrate sacred sound, somatic presence, and ritual to guide others into deep rest, inner coherence, and sensory awakening. Grounded in both science and spirit, Char’s work is a devotional return to rhythm, regulation, and the wisdom of the body.
