Restorative Community Sound Bath

Join me for a community sound bath outdoors in Odell Park with the exact location to be announced closer to the date. This summer is all about coming together to raise our vibration,nurture healing energy within ourselves,uplift the vibration of the earth,and spread peace and positivity all around us. I'd love for you to join this beautiful community experience.
I'm excited to share that Grace Harrington of Rest. Reset. Restore will be joining me with her incredible instruments to create a truly magical hour of sound healing in nature. combined with the natural sounds of the birds, the trees,and the wind, this experience promises to be peaceful,grounded and deeply restorative.
Things you will need to bring for your comfort yoga mat,blanket pillow. If you would rather sit bring a camping chair or a zero gravity chair. We may need water bug spray and anything else you may need for your comfort. This first outdoor sound bath of the season is complimentary. Please share this event.
