Join Jessica Lee Reader of Vitalized Body, Yoga Teacher, Board-Certified Health Coach, and Master Nutrition Therapist with over 15 years of experience dedicated to enhancing all aspects of well-being, and Tya Eachus, Reiki Healer, Chakra Communicator and Past Life Regression Facilitator, QHHT Level 2 of Holistic Pathways to Healing as they guide the group through a gentle, spiritual yoga experience supported with blocks to ease you into poses to open, align, and heal the 7 main chakras. Jessica and Tya dive deep into the teachings and meaning of each chakra area. While students hold the gentle, restorative, healing chakra yoga poses, Tya offers supportive Reiki to each student's chakras to heal and further align the energy centers. Tya shares chakra messages she receives for each student.
