Unwind and reset with a special 2 hour practice designed to relax, restore and heal.During our time together, you will experience simple and passive restorative yoga postures while using props like blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and blocks.
You will be guided into a meditation with the support of sound healing via crystal singing bowls.
