Elaine O’Rourke, the "Goddess of Sound" will guide you through a Restorative Yoga Practice which will lead into a Full Sound Healing Experience. The restorative poses will help you to completely unwind and prepare you for the magical Sound Vibrations. She infuses energy healing throughout the entire session. The powerful vibrations help to bring harmony within the chakra systems, as she utilizes sacred mantras with the sound bowls, gongs, percussion.
