Take a moment for some relaxation and healing and join Refresh teacher Camille and Reiki Master Teacher Courtney for Restorative Yoga + Reiki. You will receive an overview of Reiki, including what it is and what you may experience before being guided through meditation and centering to prepare for Reiki and restorative poses. You will then settle into cozy restorative yoga postures which will be held for longer periods of time (10-15 minutes) with the help of props to completely support you. Designed to promote deep relaxation, these poses will be paired with Reiki and hands-on assists to amplify healing.

Workshop fee $55. Class time 90 minutes. Sorry, no refunds. Cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to class can be applied to a future workshop.
