Fly blissfully, stretch gently, and melt your stresses away in this restorative Aerial Yoga class by candlelight. Our focus will be to tune into our bodies; to inquire, to release and relax; to stretch, to feel weightless and free; to be held...while surrounded by quiet music & aromatherapy in a peaceful space lit by candles & soft aurora light projections. This class combines mindfulness, yoga, MELT (gentle foam roller work), and simple, gentle and playful aerial hammock activities. We end floating in the hammocks while I take us through a short, peaceful yoga nidra practice.Class size is limited to 5 participants, open to ages 17 & up. No prior Aerial experience required. TO REGISTER/PAY: Payment is due upon reserving your space to hold your spot. You can drop cash/check at the studio. Spots will be opened to public if payment is not received within 2 days of reserving your spot/ or other arrangements have been made. Thank you.
REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING)
No refunds are given if a client provides less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. If a client provides more than 24 hours notice, a refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee, will be given IF I am able to fill your spot. If I cannot fill the spot, no refund will be given.
