This monthly restorative class is designed to clear, balance, and restore our physical bodies and nervous systems with the aerial hammock at a low setting. It is a gentle class with slow movement and longer holds that infuse the principles of Kundalini to create a harmonious state of being. We close with a healing circle, where we will harness moon energy and mantra to vibrate healing intentions to where they are needed in our body, mind, and spirit.
