Restoration, Salvation and Climate Change

This panel discusses the intersection of cultural heritage, restoration/preservation, circular economy, and climate change.

The engaging conversation will address the value of restoration within the context of Central Asian culture and architecture and the recognition of landmarks as a community space for multicultural experience and unity.

Distinguished panelists will share their experience in research, hands-on practice, and policy associated with restoration, Tajik’s inherited arts and the multi-generation of master artisans, and circular economy and restoration’s prominent contribution to climate adaptation.
