In partnership with the City of Costa Mesa, Fairview Park Alliance hosts Restoration Days the second Saturday of each month to clear non-native, invasive W**d species in the beautiful Fairview Park in Costa Mesa, CA. We remove these invasive plants, so that Fairview Park's native ecosystem can thrive. Service learning hours are available for students. Must be 18 years or older or have a parent/guardian present to sign a waiver. Meet by the cement picnic area at 9am. Bring a hat, reusable water bottle and sturdy closed-toed shoes. Long pants and sleeves are recommended. Gloves, tools and training will be provided.
