Rest Ritual Sound Bath

Cultivate a Sunday ritual of rest, as we journey together through a restorative sound bath experience full of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, oceanic sounds, and the healing ethereal singing of Jamie.

The evening will begin with a gentle breath practice, to ground our energy in the space. You will then rest in a nest of blankets and pillows, as I guide us through a heart opening meditation where we will place an intention deep within the subconscious mind, a realm where change and new beginnings take shape. As you rest, vibrational sounds will fill the room to soothe and harmonize the body and mind on a cellular level. This rejuvinating experience will prepare you to release into a night of deep sleep.

Nurturing ourselves through a restorative practice, like a sound bath, strengthens our capacity to move through big emotions and physical sensations - which leads to rejuvinating sleep, feeling more grounded and inner clarity.

* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & yoga mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
