Hosted by Trinetta Powell, LPC, and Sharhonda Ford, LCMHC-S, this is an intentionally intimate gathering — a small room of women who understand the cost of carrying so much, where you don't have to explain yourself to be understood.
Over the course of the weekend, you'll experience:
🌿 Restorative wellness workshops designed to help you reconnect with yourself
🌿 Nervous system support and tools you can carry home
🌿 Breathwork to release what you've been holding
🌿 Sound healing to quiet the noise and come back to center
