About this Event
Imagine a whole 90 minutes of "you' time, where you are free to do whatever you wish.
If you’re a music-lover who's feeling stressed, tired, feeling lethargic or uncreative, then this meditation event is perfect for you!
Rest, Restore and Recharge with Music, featuring acclaimed pianist Robert Graham, provides an hour and a half of soothing and meditative live piano music, designed to relax, calm, regenerate and inspire contemplation.
What you do while the music plays is up to you. The possibilities are endless: meditate, rest, read, yoga, dream, write, draw or paint, pray, create, enjoy the exhibition, or simply sit and let the beautiful music wash over and through you.
