Join us for a transformative spiritual pop-up service centered around the theme of rest, inspired by Tricia Hersey's book Rest Is Resistance. This unique gathering invites you to delve into the profound concept of rest as divine right and reclaim our time and energy from toxic hustle culture. During this event, you'll engage in guided exercises and community dialogue.
We will have childcare available for potty trained littles and older. If your little one is not potty trained, you are encouraged to come to the event and keep your little one alongside you as you participate.
Rest is a sacred practice. May we move with deeper intention, resist the temptation of productivity and reclaim the healing power of rest. This event promises to be a soul-nourishing journey toward greater well-being and collective liberation.
