A guided somatic movement and breath work journey with Aliya designed to help you return to your body and recalibrate your nervous system, beginning with intentional movement supported by a live vinyl set from DJ Soularia, whose timeless records create an immersive atmosphere where rhythm and vibration invite embodiment and release.
The practice then eases into a deeply supported yin yoga sequence with bolsters and blankets, followed by an extended rest accompanied by a live soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments, offering space to pause, soften and restore. Afterward, enjoy tea and light snacks available for purchase through Celebrate Everything as you gently transition back into the world.
