Rest & Restore - Day Retreat for Space Holders and Healers in Leeds

Join us for a nurturing day retreat for healers, space holders and holistic practitioners in Leeds, designed to support rest, connection and restoration.

This healing retreat includes a sound bath, meditation, sharing circle and energy healing. Providing a space to step out of holding others and into being held yourself.

What to expect:

• A gentle sharing circle for connection and reflection
• Guided meditation and grounding practices
• A deeply restorative sound bath
• Opportunities to offer and receive healing (Reiki or intuitive healing)
• Spacious time for rest, integration and meaningful connection

Whether you are feeling full, stretched, inspired or in need of replenishment, you are welcome here.

This Leeds day retreat is ideal for:

• Sound healers and facilitators
• Therapists, coaches and wellbeing practitioners
• Anyone holding space for others who needs a day to receive

What you will need:

• Journal and pen
• Water to stay hydrated
• Anything else that will support your day

Blankets and cushions will be provided. However, feel free to bring some snuggly socks, and anything else that will help you stay extra warm and comfortable.

Snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.

About the venue:

Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. This training is mainly floor based, please contact me if you have any mobility issues.

Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.
