During a Soundbath, I created soothing soundscapes using various instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with your body's natural rhythms. These vibrations can help promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, alleviate physical tension, and enhance overall well-being.💗✨
