Rest & Release is a gentle Sunday morning ritual designed to help you slow down, soften, and release what no longer serves you, so you can step into the week ahead feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

This two-hour experience weaves together deep rest, intention, and quiet connection. You’ll be guided into a soothing crystal bowl sound bath and meditation to calm the nervous system, followed by a simple water release ritual to consciously let go of emotional, mental, or energetic weight you’re ready to release. A card pull for guidance is offered for those who feel drawn, allowing insight and reflection to arise naturally.

The morning unfolds slowly and spaciously, with time at the end for tea, coffee, and gentle integration if you’d like to stay, connect, or simply sit in stillness.

This is a drop-in weekly ritual, created so you can come as you are, whether you need deep rest, emotional release, or a moment of quiet support. Each week alternates between Northside and Southside Dublin locations, making it accessible wherever you’re based.
