REST AND RESTORE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Are you a yoga teacher who wants to teach Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra or a more gentle yoga class? This training is calling your name!
This face to face Restorative Yoga Teacher Training runs over one weekend.
Our Yoga Teacher Training School is registered with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance (YACEP) and our trainer and school director, Ambika Chadwick, has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years!
Saturday 19th October 10am - 4pm
Sunday 20th October 10am - 4pm
(attendance to both days is required)
Upon completion of this training you will be a confident and knowledgeable Restorative Yoga Teacher and receive a Restorative Yoga teaching certification.
