Rest and Restore Sound Healing Experience (Women's History Month)

Join us for an in-person journey of relaxation and rejuvenation!
This special event celebrates Women's History Month with a soothing sound healing session designed to help you rest and restore your mind and body.
Come unwind, connect, and embrace the healing power of sound in a welcoming, cozy setting. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge!
What to wear and bring:

Please dress in comfortable clothes such as stretch pants and a t-shirt. Attendees will be laying on yoga mats.
A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow will be provided with admission. You are also welcome to bring your own items if you'd like.
Who should attend:

Women and men, both beginners and seasoned sound bath attenders, are welcome to join us. Children ages 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
We will pay homage to a couple of historical women in honor of Women's History Month.
