Grounding Breathwork – Take a moment to pause, breathe, and invite stillness into your body and spirit as we prepare for deep rest.
Immersive Sound Journey – 432 Hz Crystal Alchemy Bowls layered with Crystal Pyramid, Tibetan Bowls, Ocean Drum & Koshi Chime work together to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for peace and renewal.
Deep Rest – Gently drift into a restorative state as the body releases stress and tension, allowing the nervous system to soften and regulate.
Integration Time – Reawaken slowly, feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
