Welcome, friend. Come get cozy and rejuvenated with us at our upcoming event Rest and Restore: A Gentle Yoga Journey with a Sound Bath Meditation hosted at Haus of Skin Alchemy in Santa Clarita, CA.

This in-person yoga class offers you the time and space to relax your body and still your mind. Intentionally moving through restorative postures, we will connect with our bodies and find deeper somatic awareness. After our movement practice, we'll settle into a soothing sound bath meditation.

Come as you are - no experience necessary. Allow yourself to unwind and recharge with us.

As a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and holistic health coach, I am a conscious advocate for embodied wellness for personal and community healing. My intention is to offer safe and supportive classes that facilitate deeper somatic awareness and connection to your inner strength and your inner healer.

Through my various offerings, I help beautiful individuals who feel out of alignment with their health reconnect with their bodies and discover sustainable healthy habits that align their mind, body, and soul. Movement is medicine, and you are too.
