Sink into a deep guided Yoga Nidra meditation, combined with the gentle healing power of Reiki.

Feel the stress melt away and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.

Mats provided. Please bring a comfortable pillow and blanket.

Please arrive by 2.20pm as late comers will not be admitted after 2.35pm.
