Join us for day to celebrate Winter Solstice!This gathering will include a long Yin Yoga practice + self reflection through journaling. Gather for a hot bowl of soup + home made bread + drink of choice from the coffee house. Then move into a festive craft sage bunch making workshop. Finish with a guided chant + beautifully chilled sound bath session, using crystal sound bowls + percussion instruments.
Let yourself stop, take pause + enter into a period of rest. (Bring pen + paper and a blanket)
