Yay! You've found our page!Introducing nipaluna/Hobart’s new professional vocal ensemble - Sonus Lux!
Sonus Lux is a professional vocal ensemble, drawn together by our passion for choral music old and new. Each member contributes to the group with their experiences as conductors, singers and teachers, leading to the delivery of projects that challenge, move, and entertain audiences across Tasmania and themselves.
Sonus Lux will give their inaugural performance in a concert on the 3rd of May at 2.30pm in the beautiful acoustic of Saint Mary’s Cathedral Hobart. The group will also feature in a performance hosted by the Hans Vonk Music House in Spreyton, Northern Tasmania.
Join us as we celebrate Sonus Lux’s beginnings and establish their place in Australia’s choral landscape!
