Join us for Yoga Nidra Nights at Samyama — each evening a sanctuary for stillness, soul connection, and replenishment.
In these gatherings, we come together in shared presence to slow down, tune in, and rest on every level of being.
Yoga Nidra, the yoga of sleep, is a liminal practice — a threshold between waking and sleeping — that restores, reveals, and reconnects.
As your body sleeps and your mind remains awake and aware, you access a potent inner landscape of your own making, where insights and truth arise.
The live setting offers a shared sanctuary of compassionate presence — a place where our nervous systems co-regulate and our hearts remember.
Together, we’ll enter a field of depth, guided by breath, intention, and inner wisdom.
These sessions are for healers, seekers, and anyone longing to feel deeply resourced again.
Every evening begins with intention-setting, flows into guided rest, and closes with a spacious integration circle.
Come to any or all — each practice stands alone in its depth, yet returning brings a rhythm of reconnection that carries you even further home.
