Surrender to invisible waves of gentle sound from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments.Choreographed to encourage stress, tension, and anxiety reduction, the Resonate Sound Bath is recommended as complimentary support for every-body, but especially those who experience stress, anxiety, general overwhelm, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, chronic pain, or depressed immunity.
***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, doors will be locked, late entry is not permitted, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Yoga mats, knee bolsters, and blankets will be provided, please feel free to bring any additional props desired for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment.
