This experience is intentionally designed as a journey through both activation and integration.
During the first hour, Mercedes will guide you through an intentional somatic breathwork experience using conscious breathing, held postures, movement, and gentle nervous system practices. Together we’ll create space to move stagnant energy, support the body’s natural detoxification pathways, increase vitality, and reconnect you to the wisdom of your body.
As the breath opens space within the body, you’ll naturally transition into a deeply restorative Resonant Frequency Sound Journey led by Dr. Chelsea Nutt.
Through therapeutic frequencies and sound, your nervous system is invited into a state of rest and integration, allowing your body and mind to process, settle, and embody what was awakened during the breathwork.
