Resonate : A Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey | WATER

This July, we are diving deep into the element of WATER for our next Resonate journey. Water teaches us the wisdom of fluidity, depth, and letting go. It’s the perfect medicine if you’ve been feeling a bit stuck, rigid, or overly caught up in your head lately.
I am incredibly excited to be collaborating for this session with my friend Sean Owen of All Heart Holistic Group! Together, we are crafting a really beautiful, high-integrity space to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into the feeling heart.
What to Expect:
The Journey: Deep, intuitive conscious breathwork to help clear out stagnant emotional blocks.
The Soundscape: A live, immersive wash of ocean gongs, rain discs, and flowing frequencies to soothe your nervous system.
What to bring: Yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and an open heart. No prior experience is needed—come exactly as you are.
