Join Rachel for a restorative and rejuvenating sound journey. Immerse yourself in a soothing symphony of sounds designed to promote tranquility and healing. As you rest, you allow both your body and your mind to unwind and let go. Thus restoring a sense of inner balance and peace.
Class is held at the Frank G. Murray Community Center at 125 Wilmington Island Road.
Dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothes. You may wish to wear layers or bring socks as the body tends to cool off while resting. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket, if you can. If you cant, they will be provided for you.
This class is for anyone and everyone. All are welcome. No experience needed.
