Take a moment to pause, breathe, and return to yourself in The Resonant Pause, a guided meditation experience woven with the soothing tones of live sound healing—now offered in the serene studio at Oasis at The Mill. Nestled beside a radiant 12-foot Himalayan salt wall, this warm and welcoming space amplifies the benefits of your inner journey with the subtle support of halotherapy, surrounding you in calm, comfort, and clarity. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, Oasis provides the perfect environment to release the noise of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters.Session 1: 3pm - 4pm
Session 2: 4pm - 5pm
$20/person/session. 15 seats available for each session. Preregistration required. You may sign up for one or both.
What to Expect:
Each session is a unique journey, combining the grounding presence of a skilled meditation guide with the live resonance of singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The soundscape is played intuitively in harmony with the meditation, supporting a deeper experience of mindfulness, relaxation, and energetic alignment.
Meditation themes vary from session to session and may include breath-based mindfulness, chakra awareness, or heart-centered loving-kindness. The sounds unfold alongside the meditation, gently holding space for inner stillness, clarity, and peace. The added presence of the salt wall enhances the experience by naturally supporting breath, skin, and energy through gentle detoxification and mineral-rich air.
Each gathering is different—offering a fresh blend of sound, theme, and intention to meet the energy of the moment.
Come with your favorite cushion or simply bring yourself. All are welcome in this space of reflection, restoration, and presence. Whether you stay for a warm cup of tea after, or simply take your quiet with you, The Resonant Pause offers a gentle return to your center—mind, body, and spirit.
